MCF Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides these Terms of Service (“Terms”) to govern your use of our website https://matchgrant.ai, applications, and related services (together, the “Service”).”
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Our Services
We provide free and paid tools and services including, but not limited to:
Opportunity matching: automated matching between projects and potential opportunities and recommendations to improve opportunity applications.
Consultancy: one-on-one sessions and on-demand project development, subject to availability.
We may add, change, or remove tools, services and their scope at any time.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Plans & Pricing: We offer different subscription tiers. Pricing may change; if it does, you’ll be notified in advance.
Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Consultancy: Billed individually.
Refunds: Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
Failure to Pay: We may suspend or terminate your account if payment fails.
5. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access.
- Use the Service to create, share, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Rely solely on our recommendations for your intended outcome (our suggestions do not guarantee any kind of final result).
6. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, and content provided by us are owned by MCF Consulting, LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer our Service. You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., project information). By uploading, you grant us a license to process and use that content to provide the Service.
7. Confidentiality & Data
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your project information except as required by law, or as necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., expert reviewers). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you submit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that using the Service will deliver any kind of result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited and won’t exceed the amount you paid us for your last month of subscription.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your subscription is unpaid.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version with a revised “Last Updated” date. In certain cases, we may also provide direct notice (e.g., email or pop-up notice). Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
